Manure & Agricultural Nutrient Management:
Whatcom County code 16.28 dictates that it is illegal to spread manure within 50 feet of drainage ditches leading to rivers and streams unless included in a management plan developed in conjunction with the Whatcom Conservation District. For more information regarding the codes link here to:
